Catie's High Fiber Chocolate Chip Cookies.

We live at high altitude, so we add about 1/4 cup extra flour.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
3. Add 1/2 cup of each flour, baking soda, and salt, mix well.
4. Add remaining flour and mix well.
5. Add Chocolate Chips and stir to combine.
6. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
