Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
1 tablespoon tomato sauce |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Place catfish fillets in a greased casserole dish. 2. Mix chili sauce, tomato sauce and sour cream together and pour over fillets. 3. Sprinkle with parsley. 4. Bake covered at 350° F. 5. for 25 minutes. |
