Ingredients:
4 dressed catfish (about 2 3/4 pounds), filleted |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 medium potatoes, parboiled, peeled, and thinly sliced |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
lemon slices |
Directions:
1. Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry. Place fish in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange onion and potatoes over top; dot with butter. 2. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon slices; serve hot. |
