This is a nice appetizer for any buffet. The fish lovers will thank you. Enjoy Ingredients:

1 cup chopped parsley |
1 cup cream cheese softened |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 pound catfish meat cooked |
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
1 pound crawfish meat cooked |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Chop catfish and crawfish in food processor. 2. Add wine, parsley, lemon juice and salt then mix well. 3. Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce then mix well. 4. Add cream cheese and mix well. 5. Refrigerate overnight in a mold then serve with crackers or on a bed of lettuce. |
