CATCH A CLAM DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ludwig Estate in Temple Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1/3 cup tomato ketchup |
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
7 ounce can minced claims well drained |
Directions:
1. Blend ketchup gradually into cream cheese until well combined. 2. Add lemon juice, garlic powder and clams then serve at room temperature. |
