my friens seam to like this as an apptizer befor a nice steak Ingredients:
1 cup chili sauce |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped fine |
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped |
1 large haas avocado, 1/4 inch dice |
2 ounces sweet red onion, fine dice |
1 fresh tomato, seeded and 1/4 inch dice |
5 ounces bacon, crispy, rough chop |
cold water, as needed |
1 pound lobster meat, large chunks |
parsley, chopped, as needed |
lemon zest, as needed |
Directions:
1. Combine the chili sauce and ketchup. 2. Mix in minced garlic and onion powder. 3. Stir in jalapenos, cilantro, avocados, red onions, tomato, and bacon. 4. Thin this mixture slightly with water if needed. 5. Fold in lobster. 6. Serve chilled with crostini. |
