Cassy's Barbecue Chip Burgers |

My sister showed me how to make these burgers & I loved them. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3/4-1 cup crushed barbecue potato chips |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
6 slices cheese slices (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Form the meat mixture into patties. 2. Cook the patties on the grill until no longer pink in the middle. 3. Top with cheese slices, if using. Remove from the grill once the cheese is melted. |
