I started making this when I was 11-years-old; it's been a hit with the family ever since. It's fast and easy to make. Ingredients:
1 (14.5 ounce) can prepared whole-berry cranberry sauce |
1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. Mix together the cranberries, whipped topping, and cream cheese in a bowl. Spread the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pie crust. Cover the pie with plastic wrap. Freeze at least 1 hour. |
