This recipe was from my gradeschool Mothers and Fathers Club cookbook. It is very tastey!! Ingredients:
1 cup kraft mayonnaise |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon celery seed |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 larger head iceberg lettuce |
1/2 cup cashews, chopped coursely |
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons bacon bits |
Directions:
1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Refrigerate dressing until it is chilled. 3. Sliver the lettuce and mix it with the swiss cheese, raisens and bacon bits. 4. Add the dressing. 5. Serve immediately. 6. Enjoy. |
