Cashew Nut Sauce

This sauce can be used with a selection of your favourite veg as a stir fry sauce or served warm it makes a great sauce for kebabs or vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon smooth cashew butter
1 tablespoon chinese chili-garlic sauce, we use maggi brand
1 tablespoon soy sauce (thick works best)
1 tablespoon chinese rice wine or 1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Blend the sauce ingredients together in a cup.
2. Either add to cooked vegetables or heat until warm and serve with cooked meats.
