I wanted something cold and creamy on this muggy hot monsoonish day in Arizona. All while remaining GAPS legal. This fit the bill nicely.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
1/3 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place raw cashews into blender, add 1/2 cup water.
2. Blend on high until smooth, about two minutes.
3. Add banana and vanilla, blend until smooth.
4. Add ice cubes, blend until thick and creamy.
