I came across this delicious sounding milk-substitute while searching on the 'net. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews, raw, pieces |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine cashews with 1 cup water and maple syrup in blender. 2. Blend on high until thick and creamy. 3. Slowly add remaining water and blend on high for 2 minutes. 4. Strain if desired. |
