My sister cannot have peanut butter. And she didn't share her recipe for cashew butter and I was just too curious to wait! So, I did a search for a recipe for Cashew Honey Butter and this is what I found. I will compare notes when I get her to send me her version of this recipe! Ingredients:
1 cup salted cashews |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Blend cashews in a blender on low to start and then medium, scraping down the sides, til cashews are smooth. 2. Blend in vegetable oil and honey. 3. Cook time is a approximate time to blend - can easily be less or more time. |
