I got this recipe from a Nutritionist - it's very healthy and helps to stabalize your blood sugars. Tastes great too and is super easy to prepare, with very little ingredients and steps. Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews |
1/3 large red bell pepper |
1 lemon, juiced |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Cut pepper into smallish peices (small enough for a food processor to handle). 2. Add all ingredients to food processor. 3. Process until smooth. |
