If you love cashews, you'll love this easy recipe! Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup granulated sugar |
2 tablespoons light corn syrup |
2 cups cashews |
Directions:
1. Line sheet pan with waxed paper. 2. Put in sauce pan butter, sugar and corn syrup, bring mixture to a boil while constantly stirring until mixture is a light golden brown. 3. Add the cashews and stir to coat. 4. Immediately pour nut mixture into pan. 5. Chill until set and turn over onto a sheet of waxed paper. 6. Remove waxed paper from back of candy. 7. Break into serving size pieces. |
