Sweet and thickened custard generously topped with cashews. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter |
2 eggs |
2 egg yolks |
300 ml sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) |
6 tbsp all purpose flour |
1/2 cup cashews, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. grease an 8 square pan and set aside 2. In a medium bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, egg yolks, condensed milk and flour. Mix till well-blended. 3. Pour into prepared pan and bak in pre-heated oven about 10 minutes 4. Remove fro oven and sprinkle cashew nuts on top. Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden in color. 5. Let cool. Slice into bars. |
