This is a delicious non-dairy, raw dessert that can be used as a topping or just eaten as-is. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews |
1/2 cup almond milk |
1/4 cup melted coconut oil |
1 -2 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Soak the cashews in a bowl of water (enough water to cover the cashews) for an hour or until soft. 2. Drain water from cashews. 3. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. |
