So simply delicious. If you like salt with your chocolate, use salted cashews. If you would prefer, use unsalted cashews. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate |
2 cups roasted cashews (whatever size you like) |
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. 2. In a large saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. 3. Stir in cashews. 4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets. 5. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. 6. Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator. 7. Enjoy! |
