This is a great chicken salad that has a fruity and tangy base. Ingredients:
5 c. diced cooked chicken |
3/4 c. cashews |
1 1/2 c. grapes (seedless and whole) |
1 1/2 c. pineapple, drained |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 c. mayonnaise |
1t dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, cashews, grapes and pineapple 2. Add salt and pepper to taste 3. Mix well 4. Combine mayo and mustard 5. Blend into chicken mixture 6. Chill and enjoy! |
