This is a nice lite refreshing salad. VERY easy. The chowmein noodles make a nice addition! Great for get-to-gethers It is a requested salad for alot of functions!
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup cashews
2 grated carrots
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 head lettuce (chopped or torn)
9 ounces chow mein noodles
1 cup miracle whip light
Directions:
1. Mix all together just before serving.
