This is a nice lite refreshing salad. VERY easy. The chowmein noodles make a nice addition! Great for get-to-gethers It is a requested salad for alot of functions! Ingredients:
1 cup chopped celery |
2 cups diced cooked chicken |
1 cup cashews |
2 grated carrots |
1/3 cup diced onion |
1/2 head lettuce (chopped or torn) |
9 ounces chow mein noodles |
1 cup miracle whip light |
Directions:
1. Mix all together just before serving. |
