Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, cut in 1 inch cubes |
1 whole(s) large green pepper, cut in strips |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
1/2 cup(s) onion, sliced |
1/4 cup(s) oyster sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) whole, unsalted cashews |
Directions:
1. Add oil to large stir fry pan over med high heat, add chicken, stir fry until no longer pink. Add 1/2 of oyster sauce, onioins, and sugar. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add remaining oyster sauce, green pepper, and cashews. Stir fry until peppers are tender but not soft. Serve over rice. Enjoy. |
