Cashew Broccoli Slaw

A friend made this salad for a get-together. This is my version from the memory of the ingredients she tossed out when I asked her for the recipe. I added grilled chicken and topped with some raspberries the last time I made it.
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag broccoli, slaw
1 (4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
1 red bell pepper
1 cup whole cashews
1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
Directions:
1. Chop the red pepper into two inch strips. Reserving about 1 Tbsp of juice, drain canned pineapple. Mix juice and dressing. Toss with slaw, pineapple, and red pepper. Add cashews just before serving.
2. Add grilled chicken if desired for a main dish. Raspberries or strawberries are great with this, too.
