I found this recipe on CopyKat Recipes about ten years ago. It no longer appears to be on the site. I've never tried it, but want to put it here for safekeeping. I used to live in Waco, and loved to eat at Casa Ole - their green sauce was one of my favorite things. Ingredients:
4 avocados |
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
3 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix and blend all ingredients until smooth.
