Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
11/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3 tbs self rising flour
11/2 tsp baking
powdwered sugar
Directions:
1. cook carrots until tender
2. puree carrots and butter until smooth
3. add all other ingredients(except powdered sugar)
4. mix together using hand mixer
5. cook at 350 degrees
6. for 45 mins
7. let cool
8. sprinkle powdwered sugar on top
