Grat side dish. Carrots even the kids love! Ingredients:
3 cups carrots, cut in small strips |
3 teaspoons butter |
4 teaspoons orange juice |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. Stir fry carrots in butter till, crisp tender. 2. Remove from pan. 3. Mix juice and cornstarch. 4. Add to butter and stir for 1 minutes. 5. Add ginger and stir. 6. Return carrots and mix well. 7. Heat through. |
