1 lb carrot, julienned |
1/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon cardamom seed, ground |
1 teaspoon fennel seed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and stir to coat the carrots evenly. 2. Set over a medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until tender. |
