Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) margrine |
1 1/2 cup(s) corn flakes, crushed crushed |
1 small onion, chopped chopped |
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
grinding of pepper |
1 1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 cup(s) cheese, shredded shredded |
4 cup(s) carrots, sliced, cooked and drained sliced, cooked and drained |
fresh chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Melt 2 tbsp margarine, add onion and stir til softened. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk, Cook til bubbly, smooth and thick. Stir in cheese until melted. Remove from heat and add carrots and parsley. Pour into a greased 10x6 shallow dish. Sprinkle with cereal and butter mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
