This is a recipe I found years ago. I figure if carrots are good with amaretto, this one might work as well. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, whole |
1/2 cup curacao |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in some water till almost tender. Drain. 2. Add the curacao and butter; heat slowly, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender and have absorbed the flavors. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. |
