Carrots Cracker Barrel Style |

We fell in love with the carrots at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant. I made several attempts until I arrived at this version. ***I have altered this recipe after noticing a negative review and seeing that I had, in fact, miswritten the ingredients. Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) package baby carrots, washed |
2 tablespoons water |
1/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Cover and cook on medium low for 35-40 minutes, stirring twice. |
