Easy and delicious way to prepare carrots. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dark brown sugar |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1 dash salt |
2 (16 ounce) cans whole baby carrots, drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*. 2. In a metal baking dish, combine dark brown sugar, orange juice and salt. 3. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. 4. Add carrots; stir to coat. 5. Bake 20 minutes stirring occasionally. 6. Serve with syrup. |
