Carrots and Yogurt (Zanahorias con yogur)

A good healthy salad. Prep time does not include chill time
Ingredients:
6 carrots
1 apple
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and grate the carrots and apple.
2. Place in a bowl.
3. Mix the yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
4. Add salt and pepper and mix with the carrots and apples.
5. Chill in refrigerator.
6. Serve.
