A good healthy salad. Prep time does not include chill time Ingredients:
6 carrots |
1 apple |
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 cup diced celery |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and grate the carrots and apple. 2. Place in a bowl. 3. Mix the yogurt, honey and lemon juice. 4. Add salt and pepper and mix with the carrots and apples. 5. Chill in refrigerator. 6. Serve. |
