Carrots and Celery Tarragon |

A different but easy side dish. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons water |
6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1-inch thick |
3 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add all remaining ingredients. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook (stirring occassionally) for about 20 minutes or until veggies are to your desired tenderness. |
