Nice vegetable dish that goes great with everything. Loaded with vitamins and taste. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 baking potatoes peeled |
2 small carrots peeled |
2 medium zucchini |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Grate potatoes then rinse with cold water. 2. Drain and pat well. 3. Grate carrots and zucchini with the potatoes. 4. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium high heat. 5. When sizzling add vegetables and sauté 2 minutes. 6. Add basil then lower heat to medium. 7. Cover and simmer 10 minutes then season with salt and pepper. |
