Tasty little snack/salad! Ingredients:
4 carrots, shredded |
1 apple, peeled, cored and shredded |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 cup blanched slivered almond |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper. 2. Toss and chill before serving. |
