This soup is so easy and delicious. A friend gave me the recipe. My family still can't believe there isn't some secret ingredient.
Ingredients:
3 cups vegetable stock
1 (1 lb) bag carrot
3 tablespoons sour cream
salt
Directions:
1. Put the stock in a large pot and bring the to a boil.
2. Peel, wash and chop the carrots.
3. Boil the carrots for about 20 minutes until soft.
4. Remove pot from heat and use a hand blender to mix thoroughly.
5. Add the sour cream. blend again.
6. Add salt to taste.
