Good for Thanksgiving! Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup light cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Cook peeled carrots until soft. 3. Place in food processor; add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. 4. Bake for about 30 minutes. |
