Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
3 1/2 cups grated carrot (about pound) |
1 1/2 cups diced granny smith apple (1 small) |
Directions:
