4 medium carrots |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1/8 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime zest |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
garnish: fresh cilantro sprigs |
Directions:
