To get a moist, tender salad, we recommend shredding the carrots yourself.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar
6 medium carrots, shredded
2/3 cup seedless red grape halves
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until blended. Add carrot and grapes, tossing well to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.
