A tasty carrot salad for those on a diet. For those on Weight Watchers: 2 points per cup. Note that 2 grams of Slenda equals 2 packets, but Recipezaar says 2 packets in an invalid measure.
Ingredients:
4 cups carrots, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons miracle whip light
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
2 g splenda no-calorie artificial sweetener
1 dash lemon juice
Directions:
1. 1. mix everything.
