2 large carrots, grated |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon cardamom |
57 g (1/4 cup) plain non-fat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Grate carrots in a bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients and chill. |
