2 1/2 cups shredded carrots |
3/4 cup chopped celery |
1/3 cup raisins |
1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts |
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 -2 teaspoon sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
lettuce leaf (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Combine carrot, celery, raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except lettuce, stirring until blended. 2. Serve on lettuce lined plates. |
