Ingredients:
2 cups raw carrots, shredded |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 cup seedless raisin |
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt (plain) |
Directions:
1. Scrub, scrape and shred carrots. 2. Combine with raisins. 3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over. 4. Mix thoroughly. |
