Easy recipe with a with cream cheese frosting. Make on a cookie sheet/jelly roll pan. Ingredients:
1 carrot cake mix |
14 ounces canned pumpkin |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup oleo (softened) |
8 ounces cream cheese (softened) |
1 lb powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Blend all cake ingredients together with beater. Pour/spread into jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. 2. Mix frosting ingredients with beater. 3. Spread on cake after it has cooled. |
