The original of this recipe was found online at GoneRaw, but I tweaked it a little. I've used a rounded 2-up measure of frozen peaches for this. Ingredients:
6 medium carrots |
2 fresh peaches, peeled |
1 orange, juice of |
1/2 cup water, very cold |
2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only |
Directions:
1. Process the carrots in a juicer & use the resulting juice for this drink. 2. In a blender process all ingredients until smooth. |
