A quick and colorful paratha Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups wheat flour |
3 big carrots |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon coriander powder |
1 teaspoon jeera powder |
1 teaspoon garam masala |
salt, to taste |
1 big green capsicum |
1 big red capsicum |
100 g panir, crumbled |
4 tablespoons coriander leaves |
2 small green chilies |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Method for preparing dough. 2. Grate carrot. 3. To the atta add the grated carrot and all the other. 4. ingredients mentioned above. 5. Make dough by adding enough water. 6. Rest for half an hour. 7. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. 8. Method for preparing filling. 9. Cut green and red capsicum very finely. 10. If possible you can grate the capsicums also. 11. Cut green chillies very finely. 12. Heat kadai with little oil. 13. Add 1/4 tsp jeera. 14. Then add green chillies and both the capsicums. 15. Fry for about 5 mts. adding salt. 16. Add crumbled paneer and cut coriander leaves. 17. Mix well and remove from fire. 18. Cool and divide into 10 balls and use as stuffing. |
