A yummy veggie soup. I came up with this after trying another recipe like it on Try-Foods Intl. Inc. I just CHANGED it to my liking. Ingredients:
1 package baby carrots |
1 sweet onion |
1 bunch celery |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
2 cans vegetable broth |
3 cans chicken broth |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Slice the carrots fine, mince the onion, slice the celery thin. 2. In a big pot saute the onion in butter until softened. 3. Stir in the carrot, celery and tarragon. 4. Add broth and wine. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Simmer until done. |
