Ingredients:
2 cups carrots, ground |
1 orange |
1 lemon |
3/4 cup water |
4 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Cook 2 cups ground carrots with juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon; grate both rinds. 2. Add 3/4 cup water and 4 cups sugar, simmer slowly 30 minutes. 3. Pour in jelly glasses and seal. |
