1 mango, chopped (or 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks) |
1 cup fresh carrot juice |
1 dash freshly grated nutmeg |
1/2 cup ice cube (omit if using frozen mango) |
Directions:
1. Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve. 3. Enjoy! |
