I got this recipe from my friend it is quick and easy and everyone loves it. We have it monthly or more in our house. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1 quart tomato juice |
4 cups water |
2 1/2 cups carrots, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon marjoram |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 cans cream of celery soup |
1 lb ground beef, browned |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in crockpot or stock pot. 2. Cook in crockpot on low all day or in stock pot 1 hour or more till veggies are tender. 3. Add water as necessary to reach desired thickness. |
